China Africa Risky Business

FILE – This Oct. 5, 2009 file photo shows Guinea’s military leader Capt. Moussa Dadis Camara saluting as Burkina Faso’s President Blaise Compaore, unseen arrives at the airport, in Conakry, Guinea. Guinea’s soldiers opened fire on demonstrators late last month, killing up to 157, and raped women in public.
